ENCMF is a non-denominational organized fellowship of churches; that transcends the confines of denomination and affiliation. It is a covenant relationship with Bishop Varnie N. Fullwood, Sr. Ph.D. and those churches/spiritual sons and daughters who have accepted him as their Overseer/Covering. Through this organization (ENCMF) Bishop Fullwood provides spiritual leadership and guidance, which will enable Pastors and their churches to develop spiritual dynamics as they walk in faith to attain God’s vision for their ministry. The establishment of this (Covenant Covering) ministry is yet another of the Awesome moves of God in these latter days, as He launches the Church of Christ into the Kingdom Dispensation!!!
The vision of this ministry is to equip the set men and women of God so that they will be able to stand forth in the call that God has placed upon their lives. As leaders, God has commissioned pastors to build the old waste places, to raise-up the foundations of many generations, to repair the breach and restore the paths (of righteousness) to dwell in (Isaiah 58:12). The Pulpit must guide the church, for God speaks to the pulpit and the pulpit speaks to the pews. Pastors must be in tune with the move of God in the Body of Christ in order to know the will of God for their ministry. This is the burden that God has placed on Bishop Fullwood as he strives to promote the growth of the Kingdom of God, through promoting the growth of the Pastor and his/her church ministry.
