Department Head: Bro. Paris Faison

This department is made up of those ministries which are an extension of the Pastor and executes the vision of the Pastor and operates with the Spirit of Excellence

Evangelism Outreach Ministry: Minister Nacole Dumpson / Bro. Roger Dumpson

The primary mission of the Evangelism Outreach Ministry is to win souls to Christ. We accomplish this mission through taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ outside the walls of the church to the prison, halfway houses, door-to-door, and street evangelism. In addition, we strive to teach individuals how to effectively share the share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through classroom training, and workshops.

Bereavement/Card Ministry: Minister Elaine Matthis

The Purpose of this ministry is to bring comfort, joy, and fellowship to those stricken by illness and bereavement. Cards are mailed to these persons to lift their spirit and to let them know that others know and care. A list of the sick, shut-in & bereaved is distributed every Sunday.

Epistles Ministry: Kia Rich

The purpose of this ministry is to write letters of encouragement to leader and members within our church, those in the military, students, seniors, persons noted on the Card Ministry listed as ill or needing encouragement, and persons overseas associated with our missionaries. Using their gift of Exhortation, the members of this ministry provide spiritual uplifting to those in need.

Discipleship Ministry: ___________________________

The Discipleship Ministry helps develop Christians grow to Spiritual Maturity, as well as involve them in the process of “Winning, Building and Sending People for Christ”. Jesus said, “The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few.” Discipleship Ministries is a teaching and discipleship ministry for the purpose of bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to the world. The believer will become "a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth"  II Tim 2:15

Search and Rescue Ministry: Lavern Atkinson / ______________________

In Luke 15:3-7, Jesus says that God is like the shepherd who will seek after

even one sheep who has wandered from the flock. Jesus also says that God is like a woman who searches her house for a missing coin (Luke 15:8-10). The Search and Rescue ministry is pattern after these scriptures.  The purpose of this ministry is to bring inactive members back into the love and care of the congregation. Members of this ministry get inactive members involved once again in the life, ministry and outreach of the congregation.
