Sampson County College of Theology (SCCT) is a Bible college and a satellite extension program of the North Carolina College of Theology, located in Carolina Beach, NC.

Bishop Fullwood is the founder and president of SCCT. He has a mission to help train great men and women for Christ. His vision was to birth a program like no other, and with the aid of God and through the NCCT, this vision has come to pass. It is available for pastors, church leaders and parishioners, who desire to launch out into the "deep things of God."

It is through studying His Word with the hunger and thirst for a greater understanding, under the tutelage and guidance of capable and qualified instructors that this is accomplished. Through SCCT, an individual can receive an

Master or Doctoral Degree in Biblical Studies or Theology.
